Happy Tuesday Friends!
I’ve been so excited to share with you my Bohemian inspired 4th of July tablescape! When I set out to design this tablescape I had a few thoughts in mind. I wanted it to be fun, cheerful and encompass the glorious 4th of July colors! I also gave it a little Breezy flair and added some fun bohemian touches like my macrame runner and indigo tablecloth.

Every time I start to write a blog post I think to myself, will my readers like this? Does it have enough aqua in it? But then I think, I love it and I’m sure you will too! In this tablescape I decided to keep true to the 4th of July colors: Red, White and Blue as the main focal point. My parents live on a beautiful lake and I thought that would be the perfect background for my tablescape.
I started out by using my tie dye indigo tablecloth as the base of the design. I wanted to add some texture so I brought in my macrame runner. It’s my absolute favorite! I then used a simple white dinner plate and then added a textured salad plate on top. I wanted to break up all the white so I added an indigo napkin and finished it with a silver starfish napkin ring.
I love including candles in my tablescapes so I added a couple smaller hurricane holders on either side of the floral arrangement. I decided to keep my floral arrangement simple with white hydrangeas but added some red gerber daisies to compliment the Coca-Cola bottles on the table. I love white hydrangeas. They are great fillers for larger vases and make the arrangement feel fuller. The blue and white ombre vase kept with the patriotic theme and went great with the tablecloth. To finish the look, I added a couple starfish on the table. I’m a beach girl and always love to incorporate coastal elements into my designs!
