Homemade Ice Cream!

Today me and my hubby made homemade strawberry ice cream! It is absolutely delicious! We recently bought an ice cream maker attachment for our Kitchenaid mixer and decided to try it out! It works great and I can’t wait to try more recipes! 

Here is the recipe I used for the strawberry ice cream.

1 1/2 cups of strawberries, hulled 

3/4 cup of whole milk

2/3 cup of sugar

A pinch of salt 

1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
