Today, I’m excited to share a recent E-Design project I completed for a client, called the Beach Bungalow project. Designing this space was an absolute joy! My client and her husband had just purchased a beautiful home and needed assistance with the Pool House Bathroom. I truly enjoy creating E-Designs, as they guide clients on what to buy for their space and suggest items that harmonize with their existing decor. I thought it might be fun to take you through some of the design process of the E-Design and showcase what it looks like when you collaborate with me.

My client had already selected her bathroom vanity, light fixtures, and countertops. Now, she was looking for inspiration regarding her shower and accessories.
To assist my clients, I always provide a list of various accessories that they can consider for their space, allowing them to choose the items they prefer. From this list, I will select different accessories and combine them with the items they have already purchased, giving them a visual idea of how everything will come together in the final design.
I recommended adding shiplap walls to enhance the beachy vibe, as they provide both texture and dimension to the space. Additionally, I suggested using Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore for the wall color.
Below is my proposal for the shower design. Incorporating marble gives a timeless and sophisticated flair to any bathroom. To introduce a playful element, I recommend a shower niche featuring a mother of pearl mermaid scale pattern.
Since my clients have already acquired matte black hardware for the cabinetry and door handles, I’ve included a matte black shower head in the design.
